Spring/Summer Hours (May - November):

Monday - 10:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Thursday - 10:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Friday - 10:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Saturday - 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Our Guarantee and Return Policy

If your are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return it within 60 days for replacement, exchange or refund. The item must be returned in the original packaging and be in saleable condition. Returns should be sent to: Martin House Retail, 118 Summit Ave., Buffalo, NY  14214.

If an item has been damaged in transit or is defective, call 716-856-3858 or e-mail - and we will provide you instructions for the return. 

 

Refunds

All refunds will be issued in the same method of the original transaction. Please keep your receipt.

Any item in the online shop may be ordered by phone also. Call 716-856-3858 x401 to speak to our shop staff. Orders can be placed Monday thru Friday from 9: a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern.

 

Sales Tax

Tax is added to any order shipped within New York State at the rate of 8.875%. Sales tax is not added to orders shipped outside New York State.
