A generous contribution by Darwin Martin Foster, grandson of Darwin D. Martin, has brought back home an original Martin House footstool designed by Frank Lloyd Wright. Mr. Foster and his wife, Hanne, were welcomed at a luncheon at the Martin House, at which time the stool was prominently displayed. Members of the MHRC staff also enjoyed some archival photographs of the Martin family, notably some portraits of Mr. Foster’s mother, Dorothy Martin Foster. |
